1. What we collect
When you use iLive, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email, profile details, and location when you go live. We also collect usage data like pages visited and features used.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to operate the platform: showing live artists on the map, processing tips through Stripe, sending notifications when artists you support go live, and improving the experience.
3. Location data
Artist location is shared publicly when they choose to go live. User location is used only for the "nearby" feature and is never stored or shared. You can deny location access at any time.
4. Payments
Tips and monthly funding are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe handles all payment security. We only store the tip amount, recipient, and transaction status.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), and Vercel (app hosting). All partners are GDPR compliant.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account from your profile settings.
