1. About iLive
iLive is a live city experience platform that connects street artists, venues, and people exploring a city. By using iLive, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for your account activity. Artist and spot accounts represent real people and real locations.
3. Tips and funding
Tips are voluntary payments from users to artists. iLive charges a 10% platform fee on all tips. Monthly funding creates a recurring payment. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled case by case.
4. Artist payouts
Artists receive tips through Stripe Connect. iLive does not guarantee any minimum earnings. Artists are responsible for their own tax obligations.
5. Live status
When artists go live, their approximate location is visible on the map. Artists should only go live when actually performing. Fake live status may result in account suspension.
6. Content
Users are responsible for content they post. iLive may remove content that violates these terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
7. Liability
iLive is provided "as is". We are not responsible for interactions between users, artists, and venues. Visit locations at your own discretion.
